中文摘要: 通过优化与设计贵冶倾动炉的扒渣小车,解决扒渣小车在放渣过程中靠人力推动小车调整小车位置的问题。从选型,结构设计,驱动装置和控制系统的设计四个方面介绍了扒渣小车的优化和设计,达到了自动控制小车移动的目的。
Abstract:By optimizing and designing the slag raking trolley of tilting furnace, the problem of adjusting the trolley manually is solved. This paper introduces the optimization and design of the slag raking car from four aspects of model selection, structure design,drive device and control system design, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the trolley movement.
